Riccardo Oggioni


Born in 1996, after attending a language-based high school, in 2020 he graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Milano-Bicocca, discussing a criminal law thesis entitled “The rehabilitative function of punishment in an emergency context: the Covid-19 experience.”
In 2019, he volunteered at the Legal Help Desk of the Second House of Detention in Milan-Bollate, providing legal information and assistance to incarcerated individuals.
From October 2020 to April 2021, he attended the Advanced Training Course “Theoretical and Practical Profiles of the Enforcement of Sentences and Security Measures” at the University of Milano-Bicocca, directed by Prof. Claudia Pecorella.
From 2020 to 2022, he completed a legal traineeship pursuant to art. 73 of Decree-Law 69/2013 at the Milan Court of Appeal (Criminal Sections III and IV).
From 2021 to 2022, he carried out his legal apprenticeship at the Cosmo Legal Group law firm in Milan.
From 2022 to 2023, he was a Research Fellow at the University of Milano-Bicocca.
Since 2023, after passing the bar examination, he has been qualified to practice law.
In 2025, he joined the Lexéns team.
