In particular, he has participated in several bankruptcy trials, assisting both the defendants and the bankruptcy trustee.
He has assisted corporations and individuals in trials related to environmental offenses connected to the production cycle and waste management.
He has assisted numerous professionals in proceedings related to violations of anti-money laundering obligations.
He has participated in trials for corruption, embezzlement, abuse of office, and bid-rigging, assisting public officials, entrepreneurs, and politicians.
He drafts and provides advice on compliance programs under Legislative Decree 231/01.
He holds a doctorate degree (PhD of Law of Business and Commerce) from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.
He obtained his PhD (PhD of Law of Business and Commerce) from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University of Milan.
He collaborates permanently with the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the University of Pavia - Luigi Bocconi Commercial University as tutor of the criminal law course.
He is the author of scientific publications and has been a speaker and moderator at various conferences on criminal law.
