He has always dealt exclusively with criminal law, mainly with corporate, bankruptcy and tax crimes, contract frauds and property crimes.

He has assisted a variety of individuals, both as suspects and as victims, in important and complex situations involving fraud as well as embezzlement and circumventions.

He has developed considerable expertise in bankruptcy crimes and pre-bankruptcy proceedings.

Particularly experienced in culpable offenses, he has conducted the defence in highly technical and media-sensitive contexts, assisting various professional figures from criminal charges related to their activities.

He advises body corporates and companies, also dealing with corporate criminal liability, drafting of compliance programs under Legislative Decree 231/2001, health and safety and work-injuries.
