She has been practicing in Milan since 1991.

After having held editorial coordination positions in legal publishing, she practiced in the private law field from 1991 to 1996, dealing in particular with communications law, real estate, and contractual litigation.

Since 1996 she has dealt exclusively with criminal law, with special reference to libel, crimes against the person, property crimes, and medical malpractice.

She is coauthor of the following volumes: “Crisi aziendale e fallimento” (tr. Corporate crisis and bankruptcy, Milan, 1997), “Il concordato preventivo e le altre procedure concorsuali” (“Composition with creditors and other bankruptcy proceedings, Milan, 1998), “Transazioni, conciliazioni, arbitrati” (tr. Settlment agreements, conciliations, arbitrations, Milan, 1999).
