She has been practicing in Milan since 1991.
After having held editorial coordination positions in legal publishing, she practiced in the private law field from 1991 to 1996, dealing in particular with communications law, real estate, and contractual litigation.
Since 1996 she has dealt exclusively with criminal law, with special reference to libel, crimes against the person, property crimes, and medical malpractice.
She is coauthor of the following volumes: “Crisi aziendale e fallimento” (tr. Corporate crisis and bankruptcy, Milan, 1997), “Il concordato preventivo e le altre procedure concorsuali” (“Composition with creditors and other bankruptcy proceedings, Milan, 1998), “Transazioni, conciliazioni, arbitrati” (tr. Settlment agreements, conciliations, arbitrations, Milan, 1999).

She has been practising in Milan since 2013.
Trained at Studio Mucciarelli in Milan, with a subsequent experience at the Italian office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, she has gained a solid expertise in corporate criminal law and in advising companies and professionals.
In particular, she has participated in important trials on corporate crimes and corporate criminal liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, taking part in the defence panels of multinationals in the energy, banking & finance sectors.
Thanks to a long period of study and academic research, he has deepened the profiles of corporate consulting on compliance and prevention pursuant to legislative decree 231/2001, thus succeeding in combining compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices with respect for corporate business in its specific forms and criticalities.
She has developed a particular knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, having participated in the defence of companies in this sector in and out of court.
She has participated, as an advisor in criminal matters, in the team of consultants involved in significant extraordinary transactions.
She prepares and advises on compliance programs under Legislative Decree 231/01, as well as corporate compliance models in the areas of corporate social responsibility, anti-money laundering, and privacy.
She holds a PhD from the Scuola Sant'Anna in Pisa with dissertation "Cuius commoda eius et incommoda? Forma e sostanza della controversa responsabilità penale dei gruppi di società" ( "Form and substance of the controversial criminal liability of groups of companies") and is author of contributions on criminal law.
She is speaker in masters courses in corporate criminal law at IPSOA.

Trained from the beginning with lawyer Garello, she has acquired a solid professional expertise in the field of white-collar crimes and corporate criminal law.
