He graduated in Law with full marks from the University of Milan, discussing a thesis on national and intra-Community VAT fraud, specifically focusing on the reverse charge mechanism within intra-Community trade.

Since September 2019, alongside his university studies, he has been working with Raffaele Bergaglio, dealing exclusively with criminal law, both in and out of court.

By virtue of the mentioned professional experience, he has acquired specialist skills in criminal offences relating to tax, corporate and bankruptcy matters, in negligent offences in violation of health and safety regulations and, lastly, in the main offences against the public administration. He has also acquired skills relating to corporate compliance as required by Regulation 231/2001.

As a result of his academic background in tax law, in addition to criminal law, he has gained expertise in procedures and deflationary instruments that avoid tax litigation, providing assistance in matters of direct and indirect taxation.
